The Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa has announced the details for the 2010 Borgata Summer Poker Open. The fifth edition of this tournament series will feature 22 main events (46 events total), and it runs from June 11-30. The $2,200 no-limit hold’em championship event will take place on June 25-29 and it has a guaranteed prize pool worth $500,000.

There are two preliminary events with guaranteed prize pools as well. On June 16 and 23 a $200 no-limit hold’em event with a $50,000 guaranteed prize pool will begin. These two events give players that are eliminated during the first three levels of the event a chance to re-enter two additional times.
Games spread during the tournament series will include no-limit hold’em, pot-limit Omaha, Omaha eight-or-better, and H.O.S.E. Variations on no-limit will include deep stack turbo, SURVIVOR cash, and six-handed, along with the re-entry events. There will be a $300 seniors no-limit hold’em event on June 17, and a ladies no-limit hold’em event on June 19.
